"Poetry is when an emotion has found it's thoughts and the thought has found words" - Robert Frost This is book of self-discovery. Poems that express the emotions that I don't often show and thoughts that I trap in my head. From times that I only see darkness and a dim light that is my only source of hope to moments...

I get really mad sometimes and don't have the patience to write out whole stories, so I write poetry instead. Most of them are about my family (and that can be depressing). Some are metaphors of my state of being (also depressing). While others are just stories (you get the idea).
This poem is one I wrote for my school's paper among others, this one catually got published on our magazine. I don't know why, I didn't think much of this one, either. Hope you guys like it just like our editors did!
A collection of poetry I, @canpotcat, have written over the past 3 years. Basically somewhat like my diary because every poem I wrote was at the moment about how I was feeling and what happened. And just something to know, a couple of the poetry written is also with someone else so they totally deserve the credit! :)
