After his parents signed him up for a foreign exchange program, Sasuke was sent to live with a family that was willing to house him: the Harunos. Having to live with strangers was bad enough, but the energetic girl who resided in this new, temporary home was the bane of his existence. After her parents agreed to take in a boy from their home country, Sakura was skeptical and believed it to be a bad idea. But the second she laid eyes on the nonchalant boy who'd be staying with them for a whole year, she instantly fell in love. Teen drama runs rampant in this story. The world ended before Sasuke could become a tree. in fact, it ended way before what we know as the day Kawaki and Boruto swapped places. The only people left standing were 7 people. Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Uchiha-Haruno, Naruto Uzumaki, Hinata Uzumaki-Hyuga, Kakashi Hatake and Gaara. Oh, and Shino. Just kidding, it's Shikamaru. It's a tough world out there, and even tougher for them now that they have to grieve not only the loss of the world, but also their children.
