During all the studying and working together that they did at each other's house brought them more together. They start dating after a while. They don't tell anyone besides their parents and siblings. They don't tell anyone else because Tony and Nick know that it will cause problems. But somehow, there were still problems. Nick and Tony kept breaking it off then getting back together. It's not their fault. All the problems caused Tony and Nick to have arguments and break up.
