Instead of simply trapping Amethio and Liko in the cave on Glaseado mountain, Spinel erases their memories as well. Amethio and Liko work together to escape, though they have no memories of each other or even of themselves. They then set out to find out who they once were, leaning on each other for courage and stability as they slowly regain their past.

After Liko lost her second test in the Teracrystal course against Gym Leader Grusha, she and her friends Rory and Dot set out to climb to the peak of Montanata. However, on the steep path up the mountainside, they get caught in a fierce snowstorm. At first, Amethio wanted to steal Terapagos despite the snowstorm, but as the storm grew stronger, they were forced to work together. Lost, she searches for a way out of the storm or at least a way back to her friends, but her hopes are shattered by the icy wind. And as if that weren't bad enough, she also encounters Amethio. At first, she wonders whether he might be able to help her, but when she realizes he only cares about stealing Terapagos, her despair reaches its peak. Will she be able to escape the snowstorm together with Amethio and find her way back to her friends? Or will the blizzard bury her - and with her, her wish to bring Terapagos to Laqua? But as Amethio slowly discovers things about his past he was never intended to find he begins to question everything. Note!! This story will make heaps more sense if you have watched up to episode 105 of Pokemon Horizons! And will also avoid you getting spoilers. Also as this fic is set after 105, this means no events from 106 and beyond will be canon!!
