Being the daughter of a respected and powerful Jedi Master causes Vaashi anxiety at times, feeling like she needs to live up to people's expectations. Especially as one as powerful, wise and respected as Shaak Ti.
Vaashi also thinks, no matter how much she gives, she always thinks it's not enough. She always feels like she should do more, be more. But, she doesn't know the last time she truly felt like she was enough.
Will Vaashi overcome her anxieties? Or will the fear of disappointment lead her mind to something darker?
- - - - for part 2- - - -
When the 16 year old faces challenges, can she overcome them? Can she stay confident? Especially when the famous order 66 rolls along, will Vaashi survive intact? Or will part of her be broken, either physically or mentally?
Quote: "She just wanted to be free... free to choose, to live, to breathe without fear. But they called her mother a, a traitor, a danger to their order. All she ever asked for was a life that was hers, not one written by duty or chains. And we-we let them take that from her."
(Also, creds to the owner of the front cover art. I found it on PINTREST and I was like; oooo maybe I should make an oc out of it. I tried to reach out to the owner for permission but they never replied. Then I decided to only write this story in my drafts and never post it but then my friend said "POST IT! PUBLISH IT!" so Yh...)
