La mansión Drake es silenciosa. Siempre lo ha sido. Pero últimamente, el silencio no reconforta a Tim, sino que lo oprime y lo mantiene cautivo. Tim solo tiene once años, pero aunque sea un niño su vida no es nada fácil. Se tiene que esfuerzar para seguir los pasos de Jason Todd. Y encima tiene q comprender como relacionarse con los Waynes. Tim nunca ha tenido un adulto activo en su vida; no lo necesita. Se las ha arreglado bien solo y hará todo lo posible para que quede claro. It had taken three hours to trace the bullet. Three hours to hunt. Three hours to find him. It took less for Tim to decide to flip the killing switch on OR//// Tim Drake finds his parents dead and goes kinda crazy.

Why is everyone lying to me? He's not dead. I know he's not dead. He's faked it so many times that when they tell me he's gone I feel nothing but bitterness that I'm hearing it again. I want to find him. I want to yell at him and hit him and make him understand that I'm not going to take that again. I want him here. I don't want this! I don't want their lies to "save me from danger".

Tim used to talk a lot. He used to love to talk. When did he stop talking? When had he become quiet? When did he stop feeling comfortable talking to Bruce and Dick? He didn't have to think long before it was supplied helpfully by his brain. Oh, right. That's why. ////// OR! Tim learns to shut up so he doesn't love Batman and Nightwing.

Tim Drake knew he wasn't the best Robin. He knew that. He knew Dick was more graceful, flexible, faster, made everything look easy. He knew Jason was stronger, more determined, brutal and fierce. Tim knew he wasn't like them....and yet...he wanted to be more like them. He would do anything to be more like the, Train, stop eating, he even gave up all the sleep he could just to be like them. To finally fill the boots of Robin that seemed far too big. No one notices as he burns himself dry until a motorcycle crash. "Why is everyone better than me?"
