Nestled high in the mountains on the border of the Capitol stands the College of Excellence, otherwise known as the Gamemaking Academy. Patronized by the President and the Gamemakers, this state-of-the-art facility houses around sixty students aged thirteen to twenty one, all eager to pledge their future to Gamemaking. But life here is no stroll in the sun. The classes are tough, the homework is a nightmare and the failure rates are high.
