Perseus Jackson is not a perfect hero, but a scarred, broken, and battle-hardened demigod, the only survivor of The Seven after the Last War. Blaming himself for his friends' deaths, he goes to find comfort in his family, only returning to find them murdered, all except for his baby sister Estelle. Separated from her, Percy's new home shows to be a living Hell. Constantly wearing down as he tries to protect the other kids, he always puts them before himself. But then something happens: Percy finds himself taken in by the Wayne's, Gotham's protectors, the family who have taken in his sister. And after days of planning, he takes up a mantle in his lost loved one's name, vowing to protect the innocent. Because he knows that's what he was made to do. He was made to protect. Percy fits the bill for Gotham's very favorite family for the heroic with miserably mysterious pasts. Getting placed in the custody of the Crown Prince of Gotham closes a door and opens another. Add half a dozen "roommates" to the mix and chaos ensues. That's right, Percy Jackson son of Posiedon died during the Battle of Gaea (Gaia). Yet, his story doesn't end here. The gods had another plan, a plan so Percy Jackson could live. The only problem, it wouldn't be in their universe. The last time any of them ever saw him as Percy Jackson. That day, Persephone was created. Daughter of the Light, clone of Batman, sister of Robin. This is the story of Persephone Wayne and her view of the new world she lives in. She has no idea what is about to happen and who she was. Gotham City thrives on fear, disorder, and control. The Addams Family calls that comfort. After purchasing a long-abandoned mansion on the outskirts of Gotham, complete with a cemetery and a reputation no sane buyer would touch, Gomez and Morticia settle in without hesitation. To them, the creaking walls, the restless shadows, and the distant echoes of chaos feel less like warning signs and more like home. It doesn't take long for Gotham to notice them. Or rather- For Gotham's villains to find them first.

Yeah... so I may have killed off most of the cast. Oops. The remaining survivors after the Second War against Gaia include Percy, Will, Clarisse, Grover, Travis and Connor Stoll, Rachel, Chiron, Sally, and a few random campers. Everyone else... not so lucky. This story follows Percy as one of the last demigods left alive after the war. Unable to handle staying in New York surrounded by memories, she moves to Blüdhaven to try and escape everything that happened. Unfortunately, monsters tend to follow Percy Jackson wherever she goes. Will comes with her to help her settle into her new apartment (PLATONIC DUO ONLY - sibling energy, not a ship), and Percy slowly becomes closer with the remaining survivors while struggling with grief, PTSD, and everything the war left behind. She eventually starts defending Blüdhaven at night, but throwing herself into danger to cope may not be the healthiest choice. Also: Percy is probably overpowered. I barely know DC lore outside Google, edits, and other fics. Jason is alive in this universe and NOT evil. Dick Grayson will appear eventually ;) This fic is probably fueled by sleep deprivation and emotional damage. All Percy Jackson characters belong to Rick Riordan and DC characters belong to DC Comics. I only own the plot changes for this story.
