Samantha Eunice Del Mundo was only meant to serve, to sweep the floors he walked on, to prepare the meals he barely touched, to exist quietly in the background of Jeremiah Emmanuel Ong's life. To him, she was nothing more than a housemaid. Someone hired to tend, to care, to stay invisible. But silence has a way of speaking. In her quiet devotion, in the softness of her presence, something began to stir in Jeremiah's guarded world. He pushed her away, yet his heart betrayed him each time her tears slipped where she thought no one could see. He kept her at a distance, yet her absence left a strange emptiness he could not name. And so, in the quiet rhythm of their ordinary days, something unexplainable began to take root-not born of words or promises, but of glances, gestures, and unspoken ache. Sometimes, love doesn't come with grand beginnings. Sometimes, it blooms softly, in the places no one expects in the silence of a home, in the heart of a man who once refused to feel, and in the quiet strength of a woman who stayed. With memories a heart will never forget, can love survive when one heart longs in silence while the other hides behind coldness?

👨‍👩‍👧 Core Family Members Ynah Ong Navarro 2 years old. Jeo and Serena’s daughter. Smart for her age, bubbly, loves animals and sings “Twinkle Twinkle” all day. Favorite stuffed toy: Mr. Mocha, a bunny. Her presence is the heart of the story. Tita Janice & Tito Geo Ong (Jeo’s Parents) Janice is a warm, gentle mother figure—she eventually finds out about Ynah and becomes very attached. Geo is stern but softens when he sees Ynah. Both feel betrayed not knowing they had a granddaughter, but slowly become protective of Serena and Ynah. Domeng Ong (15) Jeo’s younger brother. Funny, curious, street-smart. Becomes an "uncle figure" to Ynah and helps her with games. Secretly knew Serena was pregnant but was told to stay quiet. Guilt eats him up. --- 🧡 Serena’s Side Liora Dela Vega (Serena’s best friend & co-parent figure) Mid 20s. Fiercely loyal, sassy, and will fight anyone who hurts Serena. She was the one in the delivery room with Serena when she gave birth. Hates Jeo—but also slowly sees his effort. Aljon Martinez (Ynah’s "fake dad" for school forms) Friendzoned by Serena but still sticks around. People assume he's the dad, and he plays along to protect Serena and Ynah. Secretly in love with Serena. Will eventually get into conflict with Jeo. --- 💔 Barkada & Ex-Flames Veronice Cruz (Jeo's ex before Serena) The "past" that haunts. Pretty, mysterious, and cold. Was always jealous of Serena. Might stir trouble when she sees Jeo trying again. Spreads rumors that Ynah isn’t Jeo’s. Miko Estrada (Jeo’s best friend) Has always told Jeo he was a fool for leaving Serena. Encourages Jeo to make up for the lost years. A voice of reason in the chaos. Nicole Reyes & Daniel (Couple from barkada) Nicole is a protective ate-figure to Serena, and Daniel is Jeo’s basketball teammate. They're still together after college. Their love story contrasts the pain in Jeo and Serena’s, and they often serve as comic relief + wisdom givers.

They weren't supposed to fall in love. Not when the marriage was never meant to happen in the first place. Not when their names were signed on the wrong papers. Not when it all started with a simple mistake. Kiesha didn't plan to get married. Jeremiah didn't expect a wife. But fate had other plans-messy, complicated, and legally binding. It wasn't romantic. It wasn't magical. There was no first kiss under the stars, no stolen glances, no slow burn. Just silence. Two strangers. One legal document. But time has a way of changing things. Now, Jeremiah brushes Kiesha's hair when she's too tired to move. He cooks for her in the morning. He carries her to the table like she weighs nothing. He calls her "asawa ko" like he's known her all his life. And maybe he has. In a way no one else ever did. The love between them didn't start in a moment. It started in the small things. The quiet days. The warmth between arguments. The way he puts slippers on her feet so she doesn't slip. The way he says her name when he thinks she's asleep. It started with a mistake. But it's becoming something they never expected. Because sometimes, the biggest love stories don't start the right way. They start by accident. And they grow-softly, slowly, without anyone noticing-until you look around and realize you never want to live without them again. But what if it was all temporary? What if it was just comfort... not love? What if she falls harder than he does? What if he walks away the moment she believes he'll stay? And what if... he stays anyway?
