Inspired by Josh Cullen of SB19 as my ML and from the movie "Idea of You".
Synopsis: Josh, a successful member of a P-pop group and solo artist, had just wrapped up a commercial shoot and was feeling drained. As he sat down to catch his breath, he couldn't help but notice the approaching milestone - his 40th birthday. The thought suddenly hit him like a ton of bricks, and he felt a wave of loneliness wash over him.
He started scrolling through his Facebook DMs, and his feed was flooded with the same simping messages from fans, both male and female. Feeling like he was just going through the motions, Josh thought to himself, "I'm too old for this." That's when he noticed a message that stood out from the rest. The profile picture showed a mother and child, and their conversation seemed genuine.
He opened the message and read: "Hi Josh, I am a fan. You inspire me, I read your life story and I was in awe by your determination. I pray for your continuous success. If you are tired, just rest and pause. I feel like you have been giving your all for many years. I hope I have your courage to not play safe, I hope I have your determination. Being a single mom, I felt restricted and my world is stuck."
Josh's eyes paused on the words "single mom." He felt a pang of curiosity and decided to check out her profile. According to her info, she's a 38-year-old accountant who's a huge fan of SB19 - she's attended all their concerts. Her posts are filled with funny memes and insightful comments about life, but she keeps her views on politics to herself. She loves anime and is clearly devoted to her daughter, who'll be starting grade 3 next school year.
Josh found himself lost in her profile for over an hour, and as he finally snapped out of it, he let out a sigh. "Baliw na ata ako," he thought, "I want her." The thought caught him off guard, but he couldn't deny the connection he felt.
