I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.

In every person's life, there are lyrical phrases and expressive songs that one will always remember. 'Facing the Horizon' is even more captivating, as it combines a poetry book and a profound personal journey encompassing complex themes of love and grief, while also reflecting on how these experiences contribute to one's identity. Its pages eagerly await to be turned and engraved into one's memories. The cover on this book came from a sunset I snapped a photograph of a long time ago and haven't been able to get out of my head. I thought it was meant to be. About the Structure Facing the Horizon is composed of sixty poems, carefully divided into four sections of fifteen poems each. This was a deliberate choice-a way to honor the emotional journey behind the writing and give each part its own rhythm and space. Although I have written many more poems, I chose to stay true to this vision I set for myself from the beginning. This book reflects not only what I've created, but how I've grown while doing so. There will be more poems, and there will be more books. But this is where it begins.

The book is about what it feels like to be lost and found. It contains poems and essays I have in mind about the things I've been going through the years.
