Aqui Anastacius morreu no ataque da capital, mesmo Cale tendo protegido todos Anastacius tentou ajudar e o mago do fogo que atacou reconheceu o mana imperial de Obelia em Anastacius e em Janette e tentou roubar o mana de Janette mas Anastacius se colocou na frente de Janette e morreu protegendo sua filha, depois disso Janette foi adotada pelo amigo duque de Anastacius.
