Balloon was kicked out of the hotel due to unexpected complaints about him. Due to this, Balloon was homeless, cold, and alone. Yet there was a place that he went to for safety, Meeple. In the pouring rain, he took a hot air balloon and arrived at Meeple with nothing but anxiety on his shoulders.
