It had been raining non stop all day. Lightning split the air, illuminating the nighttime sky like a blinding flash of white. Thunder tumbled through the air and zipped across the whole skyline over all of Kittydale. A loud burst of thunder rumbled through the sky, rattling the windows, making the lights flicker, and casting the whole inside of the Purr-and-Play in an eery, electric blue flash of light.
