"I want a divorce."
Amaira Malik had given her husband, Shivaansh Randhawa 2.5 years of her life, trying to become the perfect wife, the perfect hostess, the perfect partner. She had spent the last few years of her life working to make their marriage perfect, putting in 100% of the effort.
But now she was tired.
Tired of being taken for granted. Tired of being pushed away and into a corner. She was tired of just existing. She wanted to start living.
What do you do to a rotting limb holding you back from thriving? You chop it off. You get rid of it. And that is exactly what she was going to do with her husband.
She was finally going to do what she should have done a year ago. She was going to ask for a divorce.
The only problem was, would her rude, arrogant, cold, ruthless husband grant her one? He claims he does not care for her. So then why suddenly is he having such a hard time signing the dotted line which would set the two of them free of each other's company forever?
