One stormy night, at the end of a mission, Loona finds a lost 17-year-old autistic man who feels lonely, abused, and beaten. After telling her what happened and that he ran away, she takes him with her to Hell so he can escape his horrible parents. She explains to Blitz what is happening. Instead of taking him back, Blitz lets him live in Hell. He meets Beelzebub, who happens to be interested in him. He and Lооna fall in love with T/I.

Suddenly guilty of harming him, she brings him to their home in Hell to patch him up, and later on, vows to take good care of him along with the help of the IMP gang. Along the road, they all start to grow a parental bond with the little kid and learn to become better demons, including Loona. Y/n did not have a great life as he was being abused by his father and step-mother due to him being autistic after his mother passed away when he was 10. When I.M.P are hired to take his father and step-mother out, Loona witness Y/n getting abused so she decided to save him. He was scared of her at first but eventually she calms him down and since Y/n had no where to go, I.M.P decided to take him to Hell with them. Throughout his journey in Hell, Y/n developed feelings for Loona and she felt the same way, as well as other demons he meets; Octavia Goetia, Verosika Mayday and even the Queen Bee herself.
