On a late evening in the land of Hyrule, one woman finds herself stuck in the middle of a sudden, raging storm. After traveling through the mud, eventually, she comes across a small little village named Hateno. Seeking shelter, she heads to the nearest inn, where she is turned away, unable to pay for a bed. She leaves, preparing to sleep in under an empty stable. However, one young man notices her distress and decides against allowing her to sleep in the rain. But, he must quietly sneak her in, and make sure she isn't seen. What will happen while alone together when one isn't supposed to be there? The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. Two years after Hyrule was saved from the Great Calamity, Ganon regains strength, awakens, and returns with a new plan - to marry Zelda. When Link and Zelda find out, they hide in the woods from him. Ganondorf's minions find them, beat up Link and take Zelda away. Link goes on a long, dangerous journey to save his princess from marrying the monster. But will he succeed this time?

( Set in Botw btw) Zelda and Link, are living in Hateno together. After the Calamity, there relationship has blossomed. But with Zelda working on the school and the future of the village, and Link worrying that the Calamity will arise again, They need to work together to overcome there challeges. After all, This pair has made it through the Calamity..

Link and Zelda head to the skies to prepare for their new living arrangement below, but it's clear that the two of them aren't used to their new relationship. It's up to a few well known friends, family, and just a little bit of luck, to get the chosen hero and the goddess reincarnate back to a normal, and possibly even better, state then they were before.
