Dark Experiments is the first book from the "Recalcitrance" trilogy. I have worked hard, but i'm still not done. Even the chapters I posted will be edited. This is my second book being written, so excuse any incorrect grammar or Spelling you find! I would also REALLY appreciate it if you'd leave feedback and comments!! VOTE IF YOU WANT TO RID THE WORLD OF CANCER!! c: This is the book description: "I attempt to get up, and her helping hand helps me to do so. I then notice her clothes are bloody as well, her face is still beautiful, despite all the battle scars and red dye covering her face. Her hair is painted with red gore splatter, and so is the area around her eyes. Both of them, crimson red, yet seemingly so welcoming, so warm. She looks away from me and we start walking forward, through the vast field, which is filled, completely with dead fallen foes, snow covering up the crimson smooth blood. We walk over the bodies, our feet not finding ground to step on, and we don't care. Bones are crushed. We don't care. Flesh being torn by every step we take. We don't care. "I killed them", she whispers, as hot air escapes her mouth, forming a cloud as it leaves. She has no expression, and I'm the same as her, unfocused. The two of us walking hand in hand, alone through the field. "It's okay", i whisper. "It's okay."

Katie Holmes is a caffeine addict. Between college, and taking care of her brother, it's acceptable. Though, it doesn't help that the cafe down the street is full of handsome baristas, including one William Cerak in particular who has a mysterious scar on his wrist. Synopses will be the death of my publishing career.

When their English teacher partners the two of them up for a project that will last them the entire school year, this only adds fuel to the fire. Blake is different, and Leah is about to find out that different is just what she wants and needs. But what she doesn't know is that Blake has a secret, and it's something he desperately wants to keep from her. Falling in love with someone isn't as easy as it might seem. Life isn't fair, but Leah and Blake are about to find out that love isn't either.

Jesabel is a liar. When her only friend mysteriously disappears, she does what comes naturally. She keeps her truth from the world. Without warning, she is thrown into a web of lies far more dangerous and lethal than anything she could imagine. With an annoyingly charming boy by her side, can she unravel what she refuses to tell - the truth? WHITE LIES HAS BEEN REVISED, EDITED AND REWORKED! Happy late new year, friends! I'd like to take this opportunity to announce that White Lies, a story that has been up and running on Wattpad since 2011, has been re-written and revised for the coming decade. What does this mean? This entails the same characters you know and love, with better flow, better writing, more nuanced character development, more mature content, and entirely different plot lines. Jesabel's character has changed drastically since I last introduced her to the world (nearly NINE years ago! yikes!), and I wanted to make this story a more nuanced and modern take. When I had written White Lies, I had been just 14 years old. And I've done a ton of growing, learning, and unlearning over the years. This means that my characters have grown and developed with me. If you are an old friend and re-reader - welcome, and please enjoy the same old story you love with a brand new take! If you have started along this White Lies journey beginning in December and all throughout January, you might have read a half-edited and half-original version of the story. So please feel free to re-read at your leisure! I won't bite, I promise.

It started on Wattpad but now is EVERYWHERE! With a bestselling book by WWBG, a captivating Webcomic on Webtoon, and a film adaptation by Wattpad WEBTOON studios, you can read, scroll, or watch - there's an experience for everyone to dive into Waverly and Blake's journey. ***** In order to fit in during her summer visit to a beachside town, Waverly must take swimming lessons from Blake, the moody (but gorgeous) lifeguard next door. ***** Seventeen-year-old Waverly Lyons is from Alaska. She doesn't do sun. But after her divorced parents can't agree on who gets to have her for the summer, Waverly gets shipped off to Holden, Florida, to spend a couple months with her aunt, Rachel. There's one minor hiccup: Blake Hamilton, Rachel's seventeen-year-old neighbor. He's athletic, outgoing, arrogant, tan, and pretty much Waverly's exact opposite. She's eager to avoid him at all costs, hoping to fit in with the other kids in Holden without drawing too much attention to herself. But when Blake discovers that Waverly has been hiding the rather embarrassing secret that she can't swim, he does the unthinkable: He offers to teach her. [[word count: 100,000-150,000 words]]

To all readers old and new, this story will be soon taken down and re-written. Thanks for all the support. As soon as it is re-written, I will be sure to repost the chapters. Follow me for more information. Abigail Jenkins is a young African woman from Missouri in the early 1890's. She's caught wind of the Oklahoma Land Rush and now she's set her mind on getting a chunk of land for herself. She's tired of the high minded white people from her old town and she wants to take charge of her own life. She is well aware of all the risks she may face by going alone into unknown territory, but she's willing to take that chance to have a new start on life. Derek Greyson, on the other hand, is a man simply wanting a change in scenery. After his parents died, he'd been taking care of his little sister. But now that she's married, he's turned his attention away from his home in Texas, and to the Land Rush in Oklahoma. He finds himself in the dust ridden land with thousands of others, greedy for a piece of the land. What he didn't expect, however, was to meet a lively little African woman with a sharp tongue, deep chocolate eyes and a mountain load of prejudices against white men due to the murder of her little sister. What will he do when he finds himself falling for her, along with all of her emotional demons? And for Abigail, what will she do when the stranger with icy blue eyes and a charming smile decides to break all social norms just to be with her?
