Story Description (Fixed for "Past Jedi Reacting to Future Video")
During the middle of the Clone Wars, the Jedi Order gathers as a mysterious holoprojector flickers to life-showing a recording from a future none of them can imagine. Ahsoka, Yoda, Rex, Obi-Wan, Anakin, and the Jedi Council suddenly witness a burning volcanic world... and a battle they have not yet lived.
On the screen, a scarred, older Mace Windu steps through smoke on Mustafar. His gaze is hard but steady, a faint scar running down his face, a mechanical prosthetic replacing the hand he once lost.
Before the watching Jedi can process it, future-Obi-Wan and future-Anakin are shown locked in a devastating duel. And then-Mace ignites his purple lightsaber and steps between them.
"You want to kill Anakin?" future-Mace warns. "Then you'll have to go through me first."
Future-Obi-Wan's voice trembles:
"Master Windu... Anakin is gone."
But Mace shakes his head as the firelight reflects off his scar.
"No one's ever really gone."
The past Jedi watch in stunned silence as future-Mace admits the truth:
"Anakin's fall to the dark side," he says quietly, "was my fault. My rules shattered the moment he turned. My pride was cut from me when I fell from that tower. I am not that man anymore."
Ahsoka's breath catches. Rex stares in disbelief. Anakin is pale, unable to look away from a version of himself consumed by darkness. Obi-Wan sits frozen, shaken by the future he sees himself causing.
The video becomes a clash of loyalty, guilt, and redemption-showing a timeline in which Mace Windu chooses compassion, steps onto Mustafar, and fights to save Anakin Skywalker instead of condemning him.
The past Jedi are left with one haunting conclusion:
If this is the future...
it's not too late to change it.
