He was the boy who loved too quietly. He was the man who realized too late. Joong Archen once gave Dunk Natachai everything he had - his loyalty, his silence, his trust, and the kind of love that could survive almost anything. Almost. But some choices cannot be undone. Some words cannot be taken back. And some heartbreaks do not end just because two people walk away from each other. Now Joong is no longer the same man Dunk once knew. He is colder. Sharper. Harder to reach. And Dunk, who once played with love like it was something he could control, is forced to face the one thing money, power, and pride cannot buy back: the heart he broke. But when pain turns into silence, guilt turns into obsession, and love refuses to die quietly... Joong and Dunk are pulled back into a game neither of them knows how to win anymore. This time, it is not about who falls first. It is about who survives the consequences.

Joong Archen works at the Natachai company as nothing more than a regular employee. Quiet. Poor. Easy to overlook. Dunk Natachai is the chairman's son - rich, beautiful, reckless, and the kind of person who treats love like a game he already won before it even started. And Joong falls for him anyway. Not because Dunk is kind. Not because Dunk deserves it. But because Dunk knows exactly how to make himself feel impossible to leave. A soft voice after midnight. A jealous look that lasts one second too long. A kiss that feels real until morning comes and Dunk pretends it meant nothing. That is how he keeps Joong. Never enough to call it love. Always enough to keep him waiting. While Dunk disappears into other nights, other people, other bodies, Joong stays behind rebuilding the pieces of himself Dunk keeps breaking apart. Because the cruelest thing about Dunk is not that he hurts Joong. It is that he knows exactly how much Joong loves him - and uses it anyway. But love built on crumbs cannot survive forever. And one day, after too many lies and too many chances, Joong reaches the point where he still loves Dunk... ...but cannot survive him anymore. And for the first time in his life, Dunk Natachai learns that sometimes the person who forgives the most is also the one who leaves for real. _______ Story wish inspired by: @odronatachai ♡ Thank you for trusting me with your idea and letting me turn it into something of my own. "You'll always be my bro... my special person." That was Joong Archen-affectionate, dramatic, and unapologetically loud in how he loved. He said it with a laugh, locking Dunk Natachai in a playful chokeslam as Dunk tapped frantically at his wrist in a mock protest. But then his tone shifted, laughter softening. "What if... your wife doesn't approve of me in the future?" Dunk coughed out a laugh, brushing it off like he always did with Joong's strange questions and cryptic remarks. That was just Joong-chaotic, unpredictable, somehow always pushing boundaries Dunk never knew he had. They couldn't have been more different. Joong was an extrovert who thrived on attention and late-night chaos; Dunk was an introvert who craved quiet, routine, and peace. But somehow, they worked. They balanced each other-fire and calm, noise and stillness. A friendship that shouldn't have made sense, but did. Until Joong fell in love. He never meant to. But it happened-quietly, completely. And it broke him, because he knew-he knew-his homophobic best friend would never feel the same. Or so he thought. When a moment of vulnerability turned into a mistake too big to ignore, Dunk chose to walk away. 7 years passed. Joong became a rising star-model, singer, and heartthrob. Dunk built an empire of his own as the CEO of Mon Amour, Bangkok's most beloved bakery. Their worlds had changed, but the wounds remained. As they come face-to-face once more, the weight of unspoken words and the sting of broken promises hang heavy between them. Yet, beneath the years of silence and pain lies a bond too deep to be forgotten. As they rebuild what was broken, their journey becomes one of rediscovery-not just of each other, but of themselves. The past collides with the present as they explore if love, when it's real, can survive time, heartbreak, and fear. Because real love doesn't fade. It waits-for the right moment to begin again.

Genre: Historical BL, Fantasy Romance, Transmigration, Angst-Fluff-Smut. Setting: A regal empire, possibly vaguely inspired by South/Southeast Asian kingdoms Core Premise: Joong (from 2025), just minding his own business in the modern world, suddenly transmigrates into the body of a royal prince-seconds before that prince is about to be gifted to the terrifying, legendary General Dunk. No one else knows it's not the same Joong anymore. The original prince was scared and resistant; our Joong, however, sees Dunk and goes: "I get it. I get the hype. I am intrigued. And possibly into it." Dunk, meanwhile, has a reputation that can make kingdoms fall without a battle. He's regal, feared, undefeated-and completely uninterested in politics. But when the prince is handed to him, and he sees that Joong doesn't flinch like before... Something stirs.
