By now, we've all seen the Supernatural AU where Dean would volunteer for Sam in a heartbeat if ever in the situation of the Hunger Games. I have failed to see a story that I truly enjoyed about this topic, so I thought I'd give it a go. "What happens now?" "We try to forget." What happens if forgetting isn't possible? Forgetting the past will cause you to repeat it. Years after the Rebellion, when schools are forced to teach children the effects of an uncontrolled, uncensored government and the outcomes, one Officer brought in for a class lesson goes in depth on one of the stories they left out. Perhaps the greatest heartwarming story of bravery, and love. *Some characters mentioned in this story are not mine! They belong to Suzzane Collins and Erick Kripke.
