Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Izuku had always been told he couldn't be a hero. His childhood best friend certainly made sure that was known. Even without a quirk, he thought he could figure something out. He wanted to help people after all. But when your favorite hero tells you that you can't be a hero, you lose hope in the system. You want to give up. Everyone always reminds you that you won't be missed if you die, so oftentimes it's hard to believe that he had a need to stay. But one night, while Izuku is walking home from a convenience store, he sees someone being robbed in an alleyway. He moved without thinking, his mind somehow thinking quick enough to dodge punches from the jerks robbing someone. And next thing he knew, the thugs were knocked out on the ground, and the victim was safe. He was too shocked by himself to do anything else other than urge the victim to call the police, and then he ran away. Izuku Midoriya is a poor boy who dreams big. He's set his sights on becoming an epidemiologist and helping the world by analyzing how to prevent diseases. He has the talent and the brains to achieve what he wants, however, that all changed when he was bit by a certain spider. Faced with his new abilities, he was determined to keep his old life which led him to push away his responsibility of becoming something greater than the world he once knew. The more he denied the inevitable, the more losses he faced. Izuku has the choice to completely accept the new life given to him, or cling onto the past for as long as he can. Or Izuku gets bit by a radioactive spider (you know the rest). Izuku tries to balance his new life as Spider-Man and highschool graduate moving onto college.
