But one day one of these contracts brings Jack too close to home and forces him to confront his past and Y/N would receive a job that would take him to another planet and would meet a trio of drones that he would become close to but not before meeting a very special and silly drone who would take interest in the mercenary.

But when trying to run away, he has an encounter with a grimm, and when it looked like he was gonna die, he was saved and taken away by some murder drones and now that's he's in their care they won't give him back
