With Zenith having taken control of world governments due to its monopoly on power, a group formerly in charge of world peace struggles against its enemy, Czar, which is publicly controlled and promoted by Zenith. Torn between the Maples and Czar, Eliot has to make a choice that could tip the balance either way.
