The feathered man fell from the sky. To not continue his life. Yet he does not die. But only finds confusion and strife. The nicest vex, having his friend almost slain. He takes a break, and has his friend turn into his date. The Vex vows for investigation to find who had done it with that disdain. Though it will be tough, along for the ride, having his new mate. Grian's life was a mess, having fallen down from some scaffolding and losing his memory, he takes an interest in Scar. Scar, having a new clingy buddy, has to find out who shot Grian, and bring them to justice, all while juggling a practical baby, and his job. That was why he decided to become a vigilante. He could help others, fight for what was right, without having to conform to society's strict rules for heroes. So, along with five of his friends, he set up a vigilante group of sorts, and they quickly became incredibly well known, and things were fantastic. Until Grian's two closest friends in the group became recruited to become a hero and completely abandoned him. But it was fine (he was better off without them anyway). He was still going to stop evil with the friends he had left, no matter the cost.

Xisuma didn't really pay any mind to the ding, as it was common for the hermits to chat using the comms system. It's the sudden flood of messages afterwards that startled the admin greatly.
