Base off Daredevil Born again: after the lost of his bestfriend and broke his mortal code Max decides leave New York and Daredevil behind and try's to start a new life in Los Angeles, California. As he gets hired by the phoenix program to be a lawyer for superhero's when they get in trouble with the law but his devil side calls to him and meet an old enemy which will lead to him putting the mask back on.

When a superpowered thief gets caught by an alien hero with a god complex, he's offered a choice: Prison or the experimental Phoenix Program. He picks the one with better snacks, and hotter women. He doesn't take it seriously at first, but he eventually learns to see the value in doing good, leaving him with a choice between serving himself, or serving others. What path will you choose?

In an alternate future, where instead of the Avengers successfully defeating Ultron, Ultron was the one to win. Having destroyed the Avengers, and conquered half of the world. Tony Stark, the only remaining member of the Avengers managed to escape Ultron's grasp, but he wasn't alone. With him he carried the children of the Avengers. Having to survive all on their own. Tony trained them and raised them on his own. But soon, the time came where the Children of the Avengers would have to face the wrath called Ultron. How will the children fare against the monster that killed their parents? Who will they meet to help them on their journey? Well, there's only one way to find out.
