Her parents have seen her fall apart day after day and hope that she can find the happiness she has been longing for. Y/n has no idea what to expect in London, but she hopes she can find something to fill the empty hole she has in her heart. She gets a job at Interpol as she has always dreamt of doing and meets Clyde Easter who eventually introduces her to the head of Interpol, Emily Prentiss. Prentiss and y/n begin to work together to find her former lover Ian Doyle who has escaped from prison, and as they go around looking for him, they find themselves falling for one another. Prentiss has a hard time letting her guard down and trusting people which becomes an obstacle in their relationship, but y/n too struggles with that same issue. Together they create a duo that no one can beat.

The story follows Emily Prentiss, a seasoned FBI agent with the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), as she navigates the complexities of her professional and personal life.
