Hi, I'm Nico di Angelo. On the outside I may look calm and maybe a little depressed, but on the inside I'm freaking out. Want to take a look? WHY?! The second Giant war literally just ended. Okay fine, it ended about six months ago, but still! Now I'm expected to go to another continent to protect a bunch of kids because they are competing in a magic tournament. Great. On his first day back from the infirmary, Nico has a nightmare and starts to relapse into his old ways. Will walks in for a check up, only to find Nico soaked in his own blood. Nico Di Angelo often removes himself from the world. Anything real is scary, anxiety inducing, or annoying. It all comes to a stop though, when he's forced to share an apartment with the bubbly Will Solace. Will spend his day singing upbeat songs, interjecting himself into social settings for pleasure. Their lives couldn't be more different. Will sings and performs on the stage of the bar Belladonna, owned by Reyna and Thalia, in med school to be a doctor, while Nico serves drinks and cleans tables at the same place, also in med school to become a forensic pathologist. But can the Fates, a shared apartment, a few songs, and a little bit of harassment twine these opposites' lives together indefinitely? Ever since he met Nico, Will's been head over heels in love with him. But he hasn't ever let himself believe they could be a thing. But eventually he starts to let himself hope for what he thinks is a dream. But he dreams seems to becoming more and more or a reality. (i don't own these characters)

Nico di Angelo, is a busy man. Don't get him wrong, he loves his job, he's good at it. He loves to write, he loves to sell his songs and hear them come to life with so many talented musicians. And now he has ANGEL, he can release his own music without any of the nepotism allegations. Because the last thing his father would do is give him extra attention - but if he keeps winning awards, maybe he just might get his attention. That's what he used to tell himself, and then he won a literal Grammy and his father still didn't care. But by that point, Nico had worked himself up the DOA Records ladder first as a musician and then becoming an award winning artist and he loved it enough he could forget his father's opinion (or lack thereof). Nico wasn't blind. He could admit that Will Solace was easy on the eyes (read: super fucking hot) but they were both young artists competing for the same awards and Nico didn't have the luxury of supportive, knowledgeable parents to help him out. So sue him, if he doesn't love Will Solace who seems to be trying separate himself from everything Nico ever wanted.

Alternate Universe. Nico di Angelo could not wait until he started college, so he didn't have to deal with the stupid social pyramid in high school any longer Will Solace could not wait until college started again, so he could keep himself busy and stopped himself from overthinking. And they met on a rainy day, where Will was just trying to be nice and Nico had been having a bad day.
