In the far distant future humanity found itself on the Intergalactic Stage. This came with new challenges, problems, and hurdles that they had to face. Amongst these challenges was interstellar travel. Thus humanity had the brilliant idea to use trains to fill this role and thus the Galaxy Railways was born. Over the years it expanded and gained power throughout the Milky Way Galaxy becoming a sort of Government, it was not the safest however due to Humanity's habit of being bloodthirsty assholes, thus it was decided someone had to protect these trains so the SDF (Space Defense Force) and the SPG (Space Panzer Grenadiers) were born, these 2 organizations worked in hand in hand to keep the railways and its passengers safe from all harm using heavily armed trains of their own to police the network performing everything from routine maintenance to high profile escort missions. Easily the most famous of all the SDF Platoons was Sirius Platoon, the Creme de la Crop. They were the best of the best and did any mission assigned to them riding their noble iron horse Big 1 everywhere they went. Originally Big 1 was male and Captained by Wataru Yuuki, everyone who ever had any interaction with Captain Yuuki and his engine came to respect both the Engine's Soft Spoken and Rule Abiding Nature and the Captain's Emotional yet Strict hand. After Big 1 and Captain Yuuki nobly sacrificed themselves to an unknown enemy however, Sirius Platoon was without an engine and without a Captain. Thankfully, Big 1 was not the only member of his class, the G8000's. Back on the Planet Tabito where Captain Yuuki called home lay another G8000 number G8002, Big 1's little sister. She was the youngest of the G8000's and had been assigned as a switcher/heavy freight engine on Tabito, her brother's death, while tragic, meant she had a new purpose in life beyond the yards. This is her story.
