That is until two days later when Avi tells her that she never received it. Erin accidentally SkyDropped her book to the wrong person. Now some stranger has her work, and there's no getting it back. If you told her that person was Hugh Jackman? Well, she'd call you a genius in the most sarcastic way ever.

The thing is Arden has never met Hugh before, and now she has to share an apartment with him. She thinks it'll be fine. It'll be like living with her own parents, except it's not like that at all. Because Hugh is a very single, very attractive older man. He has only improved with age. Like a vintage that gets better with time. It doesn't help that he's tall and goofy - exactly Arden's type. But, Hugh is strictly off limits. He is her best friend's dad. He's also a whole 20 years older than her. The thing is Arden can only deny her attraction to him for so long, because the longer she lives with him, the harder it is to stay away, especially when those feelings are mutual.
