After time-leaping many times Takemichi finally managed to save everyone. Hooray! And they lived happily ever after ... well except for one. Time-leaping so many times has left Takemichi broken. Throughout his mission to save everyone many of his friends died either right before his eyes or he heard about their death from other sources. As a result he feels a tremendous amount of guilt, and often hears the voices of his friends blaming him for their deaths as though they haunt him even though they are all alive and breathing Baji, Emma, Draken, and others who were previously known to dead in other time-lines. Out of fear of one day hurting his he ran away not telling them where he went. The others now have to find a way to deal with Takemichi's episodes while making sure to keep him away from his friends and ex-girlfriend who are still looking for him. After years of running some old friends and enemies find him they then form a gang called Bonten with Takemichi as the leader. Will the others be able to help Takemichi or will he succumb to he darkness inside him? Or perhaps his friends will get to him first?
