Originally this story was supposed to be a Soldier boy one shot but I guess I changed my mind--- Synopsis: Before Payback's betrayal, Soldier Boy and his wife were an unstoppable force-two supes bound by love in a world built on lies. While he thrived in the limelight, she never embraced the toxic world of Vought, always yearning for something more. When Payback turns on Ben, everything shatters. Left alone, grieving, and betrayed, the Reader escapes the super life, only to discover she's pregnant with Ben's child. Choosing freedom over fame, she disappears, determined to raise her daughter far from the corruption that destroyed everything she once knew. Years later, when Soldier Boy returns, vengeance burning in his veins, he's about to learn that the legacy he thought was lost has only just begun.
