To the unseen... To the unheard... To the hopeless... To the insecure... To the depressed... To the less valued... To the people who feel unworthy... I hope that this story will help you find yourselves and love it to the fullest. This story is about a woman who became a teacher on her own will, however, the society tries its best to put her down. "Teacher ka lang!" "Ilang years ka nang graduate, wala ka pa ring trabaho?" "Ang baba naman ng sweldo mo." "Teacher ka pa naman!" Those words that sometimes she hears from the people that surround her, mapa-pamilya man o hindi. Hanggang kailan kaya niya maririnig ang mga salitang ito? Sino ang tutulong sa kaniya sa 'twing tinatalikuran na siya ng mundo? . . . . . This story is for everyone! Thank you and God bless.

This will be self-published soon, but I wanted to show a sneak peek of it to get more attention. This book is about a girl who was abused all her life by her father, mentally and physically. She and her bf and friends are supposed to go to college in a few weeks, but she leaves early and had a different plan the whole time. She disappears for years and only comes back when her father dies. Even though she swore on her life she would never be back to the place where demons had haunted her from every corner, under the bed. It shows how both the MMC and FMC went along with their lives while still dealing with the loss of each other's love. In the end, will their love be enough for each other? Or will he lose her again, and will she shut him out and lock everything in a box like she has done her whole life when things get real? But who's the kid?

Depression is rather common, you aren't alone. Here's my expressive interpretation of a depressive episode.... Sample Piece: "The bridge will give out under your feet sending you into a whirl. Down a path of uncertainty. You will hit the bottom of the pit. The air now knocked out of you. Your limbs are now bound to unbelievably heavy weights. An overwhelming concoction of sadness and nothingness will blanket over you. You keep plummeting further, losing sense of YOU in this void..."

Before you turn the page, I want to say this: This book speaks about heavy things. Inside these chapters are my thoughts and feelings laid bare-my experiences with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and the relentless noise inside my head. Some of the words might sting, and some of the emotions might feel too close to your own. Trigger Warning: This book includes discussions and descriptions of mental illness, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional distress. Please take care of yourself as you read. If anything feels too overwhelming, it's okay to put this book down. Your safety matters more than my words. Each chapter carries a piece of me. Some of it comes in metaphors-arrows splitting apart, silent storms in crowded rooms, chains of pain, concrete jungles. Some of it is raw and direct. All of it is honest. You'll also see photos or images alongside some chapters. These pictures are not my own. They are visuals that helped me express the emotions I struggled to put into words, but the rights and credits for those images belong to their original creators. I wrote this book because I want people to know they're not alone. If you've ever sat in a bathroom stall unable to breathe, if you've ever felt invisible in a crowded room, or if you've ever wondered why the world seems beautiful for everyone but you-I see you. Thank you for being here, for reading, for holding space for these words. I hope somewhere inside these pages, you find comfort, understanding, or simply the knowledge that your feelings are real and valid. Turn the page whenever you're ready.
