Kamari Riorson has survived her first year at Basgiath War College. After being sent a year early by General Melgren in the hopes of killing her that way, she's proven everyone wrong. Against all odds, she came out victorious every single time. Except for the one time it truly mattered. The Battle of Resson took everything from her. Her hopes of convincing Navarre's high leadership to help. Her confidence in the strength of her own powers. Her one reason not to see the worst in everything. Liam Mairi was the one to die in the Battle of Resson, yet it feels like a part of Kami faded away right there with him. When she returns for her second year at Basgiath, will she crumble without him there to pick up the pieces, or will she find a way to keep going? Will she let the world eat her alive, or will she manage to rise above every challenge thrown her way? I was 20 when I started fighting cancer.. While in the hospital, reading became second nature to me. I read from thrillers like The Good Samaritan by John Marrs, to Fantasy like Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros among other genres. It became my escape to feel like I was in a different place watching other people's life unfold and not in my reality. A few years later, my body stopped responding to treatments. I died at the age of 25. I was free. Finally Free. . . . Everything was peaceful and warm for a while. Until it wasn't. . . When I opened my eyes I discovered that I was no longer in my haven but somewhere else entirely. Waking up to a body that isn't mine but whose memories I still have and now I have to pretend to be her. Having to lie to so many people who care about me (her) while remaining hidden from the man who tried to murder me. To find out I'm in Navarre . . . . in FUCKING NAVARRE of all places!!!!! In Fourth Wing !!!! Enrolling myself into Basgiath War College to become a Rider is the only option I see working for me. I was sent to Navarre to become a Dragon Rider for a reason. I know my character NEVER existed in the books. So now I just have to discover why was I brought here and who brought me here? But the most important question of all is; now that I'm here could changes be made to the story? This world and characters belong to Rebecca Yarros from her book Fourth Wing. What belongs to me is the character that I created for this and the scenes that I change or recreate. My first Fanfic super excited! Maybe will post 2 times a week and you will get different POVs

The Vaelor name carries weight in Navarre. General Aldric and General Mila Vaelor command respect in the Riders Quadrant, their political and military influence reaching the highest halls of power. What few know is that their loyalty has always walked a quiet line-supporting the rebellion from the shadows, long before the execution of Fen Riorson. Their children grew up in a world of secrets. Summers were spent alongside the marked ones: Imogen, Bodhi, Garrick, Liam, Quinn... and Xaden Riorson, whose name alone is a curse in most of Basgiath. But their childhood was not only with the children of traitors. She and her brothers also ran through the halls of Navarrian estates with Violet Sorrengail, Rhae Varrish, and Dain Aetos-a bridge between two worlds that were never supposed to meet. Now, at twenty, Soren enters the Riders Quadrant. Her parents prepared her for more than one path, but the moment she steps onto the parapet, she knows there is no turning back. Waiting in the chaos is Xaden-squad leader, shadow wielder, and the one person with whom she has always danced an invisible line. Close enough to know his silence. Distant enough to never name what passes between them. As whispers of a coming war grow louder, Soren must navigate a quadrant that would destroy her if it knew where her loyalties truly lie. Her family's hidden support of the rebellion, her friendships with the marked, her unspoken bond with the most dangerous man in Basgiath-all of it threatens to surface. Some marks are written in blood. Others, in shadows.

Going to Basgiath was the same for everyone, a death sentence for most, something that Rowyn Ryder understood very well. But she was trained by the best-or at least the best her small town had seen in generations-so there was no way that she was dying. At least she thought so. On top of the Riders Quadrant trying to kill her everyday, she has to find away to not by the hands of a fellow cadet, all because of a vendetta against her dead brother. Despite her decision to not fall in love with anyone while at Basgiath, she does just that, but finds that being in love is just as dangerous as facing a dragon. There are lies and betrayals and Rowyn still has to make it to formation in the morning. There is not much she can do but take the punches as they land. But does she have the strength to do so, or will she end up like every other eager cadet? Dead and everything they owned burned.

Oleander Sorrengail survived her first year in the Riders Quadrant, but survival came at a cost no one understands. Not her brother, who she thought was dead, only to learn he chose a war over her. Not her twin, who she will always come second to. And certainly not her mother, General Lilith Sorrengail, who has only ever seen her as a disappointment, and a tool to wield. Bonded to a feral dragon, Oleander was never expected to develop a signet. Most assumed she would become another casualty, either of her own magic or of stronger riders. But during the worst moment of her life, her power finally drips out of her. Nightmares made of black ink. Creatures that move like liquid metal. Horrors that react to her every emotion and reflect something dark enough that even her allies begin to question what she is. And Oleander has no idea how to control them. When Basgiath's leadership realizes what she can do, they see more than a rider. They see the ultimate tool. The perfect weapon. And they will stop at nothing until Oleander becomes exactly that. When Basgiath's commanding general gives an order, you don't question it, you obey. Oleander Sorrengail was meant for the Healers Quadrant. But six months before enlistment, she and her twin sister Violet are forced to abandon their paths and enter the Riders Quadrant instead-where survival is earned in blood, and most don't make it past their first year. Everyone else has trained their entire lives for this. Oleander hasn't. So she makes a choice: she won't fight to survive. She'll fight to make sure Violet does. Because when this is over, only one of them needs to live. And no one is going to miss the spare. This is a Fourth Wing fanfic intended for audiences 18+ due to mature content.

The Coretta family used to rule over the Blythe Kingdom, known for being loving towards their allies and poisonous to their enemies. Which is why when the Blythe Kingdom sided with Aretia, Navarre took the kingdom and the King, and not long after did Aretia fall as well. Diana Coretta was raised to be a lady - never dirty her hands with other people's blood, never fight, be submissive and wear pretty dresses and corsets. But after her father died and she and her mother escaped to Aretia, she changed. She kept that pretty side as a facade and turned into a warrior. And when the leaders of the rebellion finally burned, Diana Coretta and Xaden Riorson swore to continue the apostasy in their name. But what they never expected was for their buried feelings that go as far as into their childhood to resurface.
