This is about a SkyWing - NightWing hybrid named Silversky. She is left alone in the desert and Queen Scarlet finds her. Queen Scarlet takes a great interest in her, not only because her fire is blue, but it is rimmed with red and purple flecks which shoot off and attack a single dragon, whoever Silversky is attacking. She isn't aware of it, but Scarlet knows, which makes her quite frightened of the dragonet, because when the red and blue flecks hit someone, they are overcome with pain, and eventually, death. The other dragons in the Sky Kingdom call her the 'Broken Dragonet', and this is her story. (14 reads? I know most people get excited at 300+, but I didn't think I'd get past 3)
