I'm human too. **************** Audrey Miller was disabled, mentally and physically. She had to be pushed around in a wheelchair all day, she was always dependent on someone else. She wasn't very popular, she didn't want to be, she hated having attention on her. She had one friend, Rachel. Audrey trusted Rachel to be her care giver at school, she knew Rachel wouldn't hurt her. Ethan Dolan was a popular boy who only thought about himself and his friends, he would never consider others feelings. He was a bully to most, especially Audrey. Ethan was also a terrible student, he had the bare minimum to be able to continue onto his junior year of high school. There was only one thing that could help him, volunteer hours. He had none, but the school could get him some. When Rachel moves over the summer, Audrey is heartbroken. She is fearful of her school year, who would be her care giver throughout the year?

Grayson Dolan, a shy, quiet, insecure school boy. He didn't have many friends, or any at all. His only friend was his twin brother, Ethan. Ethan was the rock that kept Grayson together, but Ethan was killed in a car accident. Ever since, Grayson was never the same. His grades started to slip, he became very depressed, and he started to get bullied by the one, the only, Heidi Keller. Heidi Keller, an outgoing, loud, confident girl. She had it all, a lot of friends, a lot of money, a huge house, everything she ever wanted. She was the most popular girl in school, but to keep this place she knew she had be a bit of a bitch. She started picking on Grayson Dolan at the start of their sophomore year of high school, he seemed different and easier to pick on. She hated herself for that, she was always a nice person in middle school, but high school is another story. She had to be mean, but she never let anyone know that she hated it, it would ruin her reputation. School is usually the pretty bad for most, but for these two, it's basically torture.

Tyler Monroe was a surfer girl, she spent each and every day on the waves. She even gives classes to new surfers, with her living in California she never had a problem with it. Ethan Dolan was new to the waves and the west coast, he wanted a new hobby since he just moved to California. He decided to take up surfing in a class with his brother, Grayson. When Tyler is paired with Ethan and Grayson the three become really close, almost too close. Riding the waves is what Tyler knows but, what will she do when she wipes out?
