Wargs have always been rare in the Lands beyond the Wall, though they are far more common than in Westeros. Nevertheless, skin-changing is a coveted power, and the reason Barra was torn from her parents so early on. Now, escaped from the cruel band of wildlings who'd stolen her, she heads further and further North, in hopes of finding somewhere she can be free for a little while. Along the way, she stumbles along a peculiar egg that feels colder even than ice. Then, after finding shelter in an abandoned cave under a weirwood tree, she watches as the egg hatches into a creature that is more the stuff of legends than even dragons. An Ice Dragon, who were rumoured to exist in the Dawn Age. *** Story starts near the middle of season six {episode seven/eightish} of Game of Thrones, just to give you an estimate of the timeline. This is the counterpart story to my other ASOIAF/GoT fanfic, A Song of Skies and Stars, please go read that too, as they will intertwine at some point.

In the shattered remains of old Valyria, a girl opens her eyes for the first time in four hundred years. With her, a dragon awakes. Relaera of the Most Ancient and Noble House Galarion has awoken from her four hundred year slumber to find her family, all she has ever known, in ashes around her. As she wanders the ruins of the once-glorious Freehold of Valyria, she finds a pale white egg which later hatches into a brilliant white-gold dragon, the symbol of her house. As Relaera waits for Lightbringer to grow large enough to fly with a human on her back, she forges a sword as she'd been taught centuries before by the last great swordsmith of Valyria, Lucerys Tessarion, the Starsmith, forger of the greatsword Dawn. *** Based partially off the series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin and partially off the HBO TV series Game of Thrones. I know technically they are the same thing but the plotlines are rapidly diverging and I have to use season six material, plus I prefer Yara over Asha Greyjoy.

[COMPLETE ✓] Rumour has it that a new guy is joining our class this year. All the girls are going crazy, imagining all the case scenarios from cliché YA books: mysterious, rebel, bad boy, werewolf, fallen angel, even vampire! The worst part, I don't even think they have read the books; they only watched the films. However, it doesn't make much difference to me, it's not like he is going to see me. No one sees me. Oh but don't worry, I got used to this and I learnt to enjoy it. Believe me, being unseen has its perks. I'll show you. ⋙⋘ Illustrator: Sarah Bochaton

This is a list of books here on wattpad that I believe are great reads. I know it can be hard to find good stories to read. Links to these will be in external link. If you have suggestions for books for me to read leave a comment and I'll look at it. I do not read fantasy or paranormal, pretty much just teen fiction and romance. Comment books and the author they are by and I'll probably read it, and add it to this list.

Growing up in North Korea, in the days before her Father destroyed the world, Young Moon was happy. At least she thought she was, but that was so long ago and she was so very young. Her Father would grow excited when he told her impossible tales of the Great Neighbor, China, with dozens of astronauts in orbit and on the Moon. There was a small base on Mars, too, being built by robots, and even bigger stations -- the ring cities -- were planned. Young Moon used to get uncomfortable and wished he would lower his voice. Their walls were thin in Wonsan and school taught her that this kind of talk was treason. Teacher said the Dear Leader would know if you didn't pay proper respect to the glories of the Homeland, and he could get very cross with you if he found out. Every screen was two-way and you never knew if someone was watching. All she wanted was to be left alone to talk to the visions in her drawings -- visions that came to warn her of impending danger. But a chance word spoken by an angry classmate would force Young Moon's family to flee North Korea for China, where she would witness her father set in motion a world-shaking disaster of epic proportions. THE END OF EDEN is the first book in the Water Worlds™ sci-fi adventure series, chronicling the terraforming of the inner worlds of the Solar System as seen through the eyes of generations of young women. Seven books are planned for the series.
