Even though she knew how much she had been changed over the course of her time away she was glad to know that Kida wasn't any different. Or was he? Tarra is just your average 17 year old high school student Canadian who happened to love anime and manga. It's just about to be summer brake and her parents decide to go on a cruise without her... However, after an interesting meeting with Strongest Man in Ikebukuro...He is the last person she expects help from let alone like him...
