Denise Vleur Tuazon has always been at the top. From his first year to fourth year in junior high, he is known for one thing-consistency. High honors, perfect recitations, and a reputation built on discipline, intelligence, and quiet control. He doesn't compete to prove himself; he simply stays ahead.
But everything changes when he enters STEM 11 - Roosevelt, a new environment filled with unfamiliar faces and people who don't yet know how sharp he really is.
There, he meets Oscar Wilde Seferico.
Their first encounter is immediate friction-a hallway collision where Oscar walks away without an apology, leaving Denise offended in a way he can't quite explain. That small moment turns into something bigger when Oscar unexpectedly becomes class president, while Denise is assigned as vice president.
Forced into constant proximity through class responsibilities, the two are pushed into an uneasy partnership at the center of STEM 11 - Roosevelt's leadership. Denise, structured and unyielding, is constantly challenged by Oscar's calm unpredictability and effortless confidence. Oscar, on the other hand, seems unimpressed by Denise's intelligence and authority-at least at first.
But as days pass, distance starts to shrink.
Through shared tasks, quiet moments, and unexpected interactions, Oscar slowly begins to see beyond Denise's sharp edges. What once felt like arrogance turns into something more grounded, more human. His indifference softens-not all at once, but gradually-shaped by moments where Denise isn't just the "perfect top student," but someone real, stubborn, and quietly compelling.
Denise, in return, finds himself constantly noticing Oscar in ways he never intended to. What starts as irritation turns into awareness... and something far more complicated than competition.
