Georgie Lux is a nine year old little girl. She once was an innocent girl but it was all stripped from her. She lived in a bad neighborhood with abusive parents until she was four years old. Her father was a rapist and abuser. He raped and abused her and her mother and would beat them senseless. Somehow, he was caught by the police. With her father gone, even though he was trash, her mother felt lost. She turned to alcohol for help. Slowly degressing from a protective mother, she became abusive as well. Again, somehow, the police miraculously showed up and took her away as well. Now she's in an orphanage and has shut everybody out, until one of the biggest boy bands in the world, One Direction, come looking for a little girl to call their own. Will she learn to love again or will she continue to shut them out as well?

Emily Wilson. Only four years old, with eyes bluer than the sky, that shined bright with life and happiness, and hair yellower than the sun. She had it all; A family with two loving parents, and a beautiful home. She baked cookies with her parents, went to parks, watched movies; it was heaven on earth for four, short years. Then came the accident. Her mother was driving to pick her up from daycare, when a semi truck crashed head on with her mom's small van. Instantly, her mother was killed, and that was when her life changed forever. Her father turned to drugs and alcohol, he blamed Emily for the death of his wife. Night after night he'd come home drunk and heartbroken, and would take his anger out on his small daughter. Tears. Pain. Fear. Grief. That's all Emily knew for two straight years.

Lily. An innocent, sweet, six year old little girl with a past that she doesn't deserve. Abused by her father, put into the most terrible orphanage, then, in a turn of events, adopted by the top British-Irish boy band. Having a life full of pain, Lily doesn't realize that the five caring lads would do anything for her and just hopes they don't hurt her. I ran downstairs into the living room, my heart pounding as I found all my brothers gathered around Nefeli. Her eyes were frantic, scanning the room, desperately searching for me. The scream that bastard had let out earlier must have reached her... The moment our eyes met, she practically threw herself at me, wrapping her arms around me so tightly I could barely breathe. I stood frozen for a moment, unsure of what to do. I hugged her back anyway... Even though I had no idea what was going on. "Thank God you're safe" she murmured in my ear, her voice trembling, leaving me even more confused. I glanced at my brothers. They all looked just as lost as I was. Except for Aiden and Alex. They were motioning for me to hold on. "Of course I'm okay, Nefeli. What happened?" I asked, my heart tightening. I hated seeing her like this, so worried and panicked. "I-I heard Alex and Aiden talking in Italian!" she stammered, her eyes wide with panic. "They said something about the Mafia! Are we being threatened by the Mafia?" Her voice cracked, and tears threatened to spill from her brown eyes. The room fell silent for a moment. My brothers exchanged looks, and then, without warning, we all burst into laughter. Nefeli stared at us, completely confused. Cole, finally calming down, wiped his eyes and looked at her with a smile. "Love" he said, his voice smooth, "we're not being threatened by the Mafia." he let the words settle in the air for a second.
