For those of you who are new discoverers of our profile and this story, I'd best explain to you what you are about to read. Just as we are no ordinary team, this is no ordinary book. We are Team Enigma, a swashbuckling pirate crew who sail the Wattpadian seas searching for treasure. Our treasure is not of the typical gold and silver that most pirates search for. Then again we are not your typical pirate crew. No, our treasure is stories and the imagination that comes within each story told or written, be it of fearsome dragons or dashing heroes or black hearted villains, we love them all. This book tells the stories of all the crew mates in Team Enigma who have willingly joined and written their own personal stories and struggles that we have all faced, be it alone or together, real life or our own adaptations of the fandoms and TV shows we love, all have a ring of truth that unites us together. So, without further ado, Welcome to Team Enigma: Origins.

A Paranormal Thriller Psychology professor Denton Reed has been pulled out of the classroom to find a killer. Bodies are turning up all over the quiet town of Bexhill. They are found dismembered and burned beyond recognition in a snow covered farmer's field, by the abandoned mill, and under the train bridge. The only clue linking the victims is the bizarre figure-eight patterns left behind in their homes. Denton must use his unique profiling techniques to uncover the murderer, who the police have dubbed Mr. 8. As he begins to unravel the mystery, a strange pattern begins to emerge. Before their deaths, each victim was seized by dark obsessions and inexplicable changes in behavior. Whatever strange forces are affecting the people of Bexhill, they may actually be more dangerous than any killer. As a wave of insanity sweeps the town, Denton will put his life on the line to get to the source of the madness and risk all to protect the woman he loves. But is it already too late? I love it so much. You have made a better book in 7 chapters than most people on here can do in 30. ~U2fanatic I didn't like it. I loved it! Oh my gosh, that was just- there are no words to describe it. It felt like I was on an amusement park ride, I swear. I couldn't stop reading it. How dare you make me binge read? :P You are such a brilliant writer. Wow. Just wow. ~Darkelitechief I honestly think it was an amazing story. a great plot twist; I finished reading it a few minutes ago, and I still cant wrap my head around It! amazing job. I rate it 100 out of 10! ~Shaxnas I think I'm eternally scarred by "They call him Lucius". How someone came up with that is a mystery but nonetheless, it was written awesomely and somehow managed to get a lot more detail in seven chapters than any other 30+ chapter book I've read on here. Great job!
