This is a collection of poems about owning my past traumas and learning how to deal with them. I have been through hell and back, so most of the poems will include self-harm, S/A, and brokenness. Thank you for reading!

Just my poems I think. Some of these will seem like song lyrics than poems, but I came up with all of these words myself. I might take inspiration from things. Also yes I did take the picture for the cover.
