He didn't have any troubles after he was with Gilbert. He really thought he was on cloud nine. A few days before his birthday Gilbert started acting weird and distant. Did he not love Matthew any more? He didn't have passion in his eyes. He felt he wasn't good enough, so he retreated home. What will he find when he goes back to Gilbert's house? How will that affect everyone?

He has major depression that no one notices him, not even his family...and if they do, they get his name wrong...of dont even remember his name. But one day, his depression gets lifted a bit by one his Papa's old friends, Gilbert Beilschmidt. He instantly falls in love with him, but can't confess due to one problem. Gilbert gets a girlfriend. Matthew gets upset, but trys to stay strong, not being able to have any contact with Gilbert for awhile because of his new girlfriend. What will Matthew do? will he confess? or keep his feelings locked away? and- What challenges will he face?
