He doesn't blame Dean at first; it must be hard being fifteen and never setting down roots long enough to make lasting friendships. But as time goes on and he sees less of Dean and Cas, Sam realizes it's even harder being eleven. Originally written on September 16, 2010 for the Secret Angels IV fic exchange, for recipient "writingpathways." I combined two requested prompts -- AU where there is no supernatural and Dean/Cas have been best friends forever, and Sam POV of the evolution of Dean and Castiel's relationship.

Castiel Novak is a drama dork. Well that what his friends say that they are. He's been in almost all the schools plays. And he of course is on tech. Dramas his bread and butter, it's what he could go to college for. Get a job from. Dean Winchester has decided to fit in. Join the football team, and he's not bad at it. He's just bad at life. Dean and a couple boys from the team get drunk one night and trash the drama department. The one who gets blamed... Dean. Now Dean has to help the tech crew rebuild and he has to join to the cast as punishment. Will he enjoy it more than he thought? And will Cas find something to think jocks aren't just jerks?

With the help of his trusted boyfriend Dean Winchester, he had passed all of his stages and was now able to use his powers to the full extent. With his older sister, Zandriel asking him for help, he contemplates on whether he should trust her or not,down to the fact that she was now slowly turning into the most dark and powerful demon. Castiel and Dean have to embark on a lethal and dangerous mission to finally rid the world of all demons by either killing them or saving them and sending them to heaven to become lower class angels. But what happens when demons start to find a way to turn humans into angels?

Just like every other story Dean Winchester is the school heart throb. Popular, beautiful and confident. And also just like every other story Castiel Novak is the nerdy boy in school with no social skills and an eccentric personality. However this story has a twist. After a party that Castiel's brother throws things start going tits up for Dean Winchester and Castiel Novak. Dean is confused about his feelings for the dark haired boy but the green eyed beauty is the least of Castiel's problems especially now that his wings are coming through. Note: like in my other story, fallen angel, there is a couple of OCs in this story including Zandriel (Zee) because seriously not enough hard core girls in Supernatural Disclaimer: most of the characters are not mine! But you already knew that.
