Raegan is Mickey and Ian's daughter, the biggest badass of the south side. She is Ian's biological daughter with Mandy being their surrogate. She has Mickeys black hair and Ian's green eyes, with a mixture of stubbornness, attitude, strength and loyalty that she gets from both her families. She is a trouble maker, destructive girl with a little bit of insane. But the strongest, most fearless girl you would ever come across. This is the story of Ian and Mickey trying to raise her.

Mickey and Ian meet years after breaking up in season 5. Mickey didn't go to prison in season five they only broke up. This story is based around the time of season 9. So Mickey and Ian have been broken up roughly 4 years. Now Mickey has a daughter, Carmen who is one year old at the start of this story. Carmen is what was missing in their lives all along. Carmens mother is not a character in this story but she is very briefly mentioned.
