This is another X-Files fanfiction, set in This Is Not Happening. (s8, e14) I wanted to create a poetic view inside Scully's mind, portraying her thoughts and feelings during the last scenes of this episode. I thought it was stunningly heartbreaking, and wanted to see if I could achieve the same emotion in my own story. It's a little experiment, and it may or may not be successful.

This is a short fanfiction about The X-Files, post-Orison. (s7, e7) This story has Scully alone in her apartment working her thoughts and fears to the back of her head. After the earlier events, she's paranoid about closing her eyes and considers phoning Mulder. Only she's stubborn and refuses to bother him. But Mulder takes matters subconsciously into his own hands when he turns up at her door and is determined to make her feel better. Cute, fluffy MSR. No smut.
