Following the devastation of Quahog and Jill Valentine's apparent sacrifice, the surviving heroes join a global resistance against Umbrella's terrifying new world order, facing familiar zombified faces, shocking betrayals, and Wesker's ultimate plan, while Jillian Wilcox desperately tries to reach the monster that was once Brian Griffin.

The remnants of Quahog and hardened bio-weapon survivors, now allied with the defected Wolfpack, take the fight to Umbrella's global operations. They race against time to find a cure, free Jill Valentine from Wesker's control, and stop his new army of clones and a resurgent Nemesis, all while Peter tries to figure out if zombie Brian still remembers "Peanut Butter Jelly Time."
