Re:Forgotten happened. The VOTW finds Subaru slowly dying in one of his loops and reincarnates him into the Cardinal World. His wishes entangle with Mikami Satoru's and is reborn as a slime alongside him, however he'll find that he wasn't the only one from The Land of Od Laguna to be brought here.

Basically what if an alternate universe if Theresia van Astrea somehow ended up not dying but by some magical power you know ended up working with our protagonist. If you don't like repetition of what happened in canon, I suggest you skip chapter 9-12.
