The story of Bikerift Rider takes place in a world where ancient beast energies and modern transformation technology collide through a system called MedaBeast. Bahar Wisnudipta becomes the chosen user of the OmniWatch Driver, transforming into Bikerift Rider Bentigar. He is tasked with protecting the balance between MedaBeast energy and human civilization. He is later joined by Gea Tirabelle (Rider Gweena), a magical-support Rider who uses Skywing and Celestia-type MedaBeast forms to stabilize corrupted energy and heal dimensional damage.
