"I promise not to tell." Franklin Bates is on the local police's watchlist. Don't get the wrong idea, he hasn't done anything wrong. He just happens to have terrible luck: wrong place, wrong time. Well, at least that's what he tells the authorities. It's unfortunate that strange incidents keep happening around town that all lead back to him. However, Franklin is just a witness. All characters belong to me, but the cover image does not. Viewer discretion is advised because there is one messed up little boy in the story.
